Follow these four makeup tips to go bold for standout autumn accents

If you’re a no-makeup makeup kind of girl, brace yourself for this fall. Push the boundaries of black eyeliner and dark lips, thicken your eyebrows and rid yourself of boring matte skin. This fall is all about going BOLD.

BLACK OUT:

Eyeliner this year is back in full intensity. It only needs to be two things: black and greasy. When it comes to this look, stay safe with a classic flick and a bit of smudge. Optionally, you can also rim your waterline or flick your liner up dramatically.

GLOW UP:

Glitter is all the rage, and it’s not just for kids anymore. Light up your face with a nice highlighter or take a loose glitter pigment and sponge that onto the largest part of your eyelid. Shine like a diamond.

BOLD BROWS:

Eyebrows can make or break your look as they frame your eyes and face. Thicker, well-shaped eyebrows can enhance your look and make you look younger and kinder while thinner, sparser eyebrows can make you look older.

MODERN GOTH:

Dark, vampy lips are in yet again this year. While it’s not exactly a groundbreaking trend to go for a darker lippie in the fall, the lipstick look we’re going for needs to be almost so dark it’s black. To achieve this bold look simply line your lips with a black, smudge proof, eyeliner and then fill in with a deep plum, red, or even just go straight black.
