Athlete of the Week: Jared Farley
Jared Farley led the football team to a win against Cedar Rapids Washington. He had an interception, a fumble recovery and had three carries for 55 yards.
How’s the season going so far?
It’s going pretty good so far. We’re 3-0, so that’s all that really matters. We havent’t played great, so we’re looking to keep getting better.
What are the team’s goals for the rest of the season?
To win every single week and get a conference championship, make it to State and get that state championship.
What are your plans for football after high school?
I’m definitely looking to play in college. I haven’t decided where yet, but I’ve got a few options that I’m looking forward to.
